1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Payments

Oktk4 accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If the source of a deposit appears suspicious, additional verification may be requested.

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is publicly disclosed.
• No manual intervention is made in game outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and can be verified by recording.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Using software or bots to play games automatically.

9 Responsible Gaming
